Jason Loucas was commission by Vittoria Coffee to shoot NZ chef of the year Michael Meredith. The shoot is part of the continuing ad campaign by Vittoria Coffee "Fresh is Best" that shows great chefs caring about their produce so much they go and collect and inspect in person. Michael Merideth has been captured at Yellow Brick Road Fisheries 100kms north of Auckland bringing up the catch of the day. Next stop his award winning restaurant Merediths.
