Share a Coke with Jon Bader

Jon Bader has shot the new 'Share a Coke' campaign via Ogilvy & Mather Sydney. In the biggest change ever made to the iconic packaging Coke is releasing millions of bottles and cans printed with peoples names on them as a social invitation for consumers to find the names of friends and family and share a coke with them. 150 of the most popular Aussie names were chosen based on a multicultural cross-section of the population. The multimillion dollar summer campaign was designed to encourage Australians to connect with one another.

Lucie Austin, marketing director at Coca-Cola South Pacific, as quoted on Campaign Brief: "We are using the power of the first name in a playful and social way to remind people of those in their lives they may have lost touch with. We've put names on Coca-Cola bottles so consumers will have fun finding their friends and family members' names and then enjoy sharing a Coke together."
